Waitlist:
$200.00 fee will add your child to a wait list. This fee is non refundable and will be applied to your child's first month's enrollment fees.
New Enrollment:
-First Month's Tuition (Prorated)
-Annual materials Fee: $200 for 2024 school year (Enrollment from January- August is prorated at $20 a month)
-One Time Registration fee: $200.00
-Deposit: 50% of your monthly tuition at the time of enrollment (minimum requirements: 3 months and 30 day notice. Applied to 30 day notice).
NSF / Returned Check Fee:
-$50.00 Fee
Prorate:
1st and Last month will be prorated based on start and end date.
All day rates are based on 20 calendar days
-Infant $124.75 day rate
-Early Learners & Preschool $72.50 day rate
-TK $67.50 day rate
Summer Fee
Collected with June's tuition (TBA in May 2025 for 2024 school year). The weekly fee will go towards special guests and activities during the Summer.
Late Pick Up Fee
A fee of $5.00 and $1.00 per minute late will be charged for late pick-ups, due the following school day. You will be invoiced the following day. Please contact us ahead of time if you are running late.
After 3rd incident a fee of $5.00 and $5.00 per minute late will be charged for late pick-ups, due the following school day. Please contact us ahead of time if you are running late. In addition, you will be asked to come in to discuss other options as well.
Vacation / Emergency HOLDS (N/A to Infant Class):
In the event your child is on vacation for 4 weeks (20 school days) or more, we are happy to extend a courtesy hold which will be half their monthly tuition and prorated based on the days they are out.
If you decide NOT to hold your child's place, please follow our 30 day policy notice so that your deposit may be applied to the last month's tuition.
Please work with our management team for availability if you decide to re-enroll (new enrollment) as we are more than happy to welcome back families and children who would like to return. Enrollment fee $200.00 will apply for students who are re-enrolling and material fees will be waived if child returns within the same school year.
